If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For Bulk Wholesale Returns:

  • Cases must be packed into an outer shipping box.
  • Do not place shipping labels directly on the product cases.
  • Returns are only accepted for full, unopened cases of bulk items.

For Non-Wholesale Returns:

  • Packaging must be unopened.
  • Opened items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
